Shannon Emery | Operations Manager

Shannon has over 10 years’ experience in the civil construction industry covering a variety of sectors including subdivision works, urban enhancements, and infrastructure works. His primary focus is on managing plant operations, from scheduling works and resource allocation, to ensuring the best pairing of plant and operator for each job. Shannon has been instrumental in establishing and implementing plant asset management and maintenance processes to ensure all of Platinum’s plant and equipment operates at peak efficiency and within acceptable environmental parameters.

Shannon’s commitment to quality and ability to schedule just-in-time provision of multiple and/or specialised plant and equipment has seen several major projects delivered smoothly whilst maximising plant and operator utilisation ratios.
